The Michael Vey series follows the titular protagonist as he and his friends, who have a various array of electric powers, as they take the sinister Elgen corporation as they secretely try to achieve world domination. A fitting mechanic would ideally be a hybrid of RPG action mixed in with the free movement of a hack and slash title.

Given the gritty, depressing underbelly of the world of Sin City, it would be a project best handled by the teams of Rockstar games, preferably in a manner similar to the Grand Theft Auto series given the two IPs' common themes of struggle in the criminal underworld.
