He has never had a bad film, All of his movies are nothing but masterpieces, Just becasue he is Newer to the scene doesn't mean he shouldnt be recognized for his accompishments, not saying he should be number 1 (though in my opinion he is) but he should at least make the top 5
Ridicoulous suggestion. He is still too new to truly qualify (as a previous commenter pointed out) and the fact that he hasn't done anything good since Jackie Brown doesn't make him a worthy candidate at all.
His adaptation of the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Se7en, Fight Club and Gone Girl are just as amazing. He has a visual and audio style like noone else. He is just a dark dirty genius. Love his movies.
