I doubt I'm alone in dreaming about experiencing a life at sea in the One Piece world regardless of whether I'm good or evil,so a XenoVerse-esque RPG just may give us the opportunity to,not to mention everything that makes the series unique would only add to it.

Top 10 Anime Series That Deserve Their Own Version Of XenoVerse
Honestly,I was thinking about suggesting Bleach instead of this,and I think either that or this would do just fine,but seeing as how I believe Toriko is to One Piece what Dr.Slump is to Dragon Ball,I had to recommend this instead,and besides,the series is just ripe(no pun intended)with RPG elements & opportunities!
