Personal top spot pick for being clearly the most powerful (excluding Alien X, minus the drawbacks). When first introduced, his original specialty was being enormous, but later on, we learned he can also shoot cosmic blasts, move at superspeed, outbrawl similarly sized enemies, and go Ultimate. An alien for every ocasion that gets the job done.

Of all the aliens in Ben's arsenal, this member of the original 10 has aged the best, as it remains one of Ben's personal favorites. With a body made of crystal, Diamondhead is nigh indestructable, plus he can shape his hands into blades, shoot shards like projectiles, deflect lasers, and grow crystals wherever he wants.

Heatblast is a great firecaster. Wildwine is a great plant monster. But Swampfire combines both of their powers: he is strong enough to topple towers, can produce fireballs, control plants, and regenerate from almost nothing. The multitasking on this guy is over the top, the design is great, and there's the Ultimate form.

An alien with a very creative design, based of the infamous Mothman, Big Chill combines Ghostfreak's ghost powers with Arcticguana's freezing breath, resulting in one epic alien form. And in case this doesn't cut it, there's the Ultimate Big Chill, sporting a cool red look, and the ability to breathe freezing, heat-stealing flames.

Humongosaur

While Fourarms appears to be quite the nostalgic choice, this powerhouse beats him to it by the hair. While he may lack aditional arms, Humongosaur can increase his own size to become gigantuan, and if that's not enough, there's the Ultimate form, compact with hand-made rocket launchers and even more power.

Let's state the obvious first: superspeed is an awesome power, especially since this guy can practically stop time by moving at immense velocity. It is also quite the common pick from the original 10, has a cool design, and a clever name idea.

Superfast both in water and in the air, sporting an awesome design, and can shoot lasers from his eyes AND his tail. Jetray is simply begging to be agnowledged, and is Ben's most used form in Alien Force for a good reason.

When it comes to aliens that enhance intelligence, which is quite creative by the way, this crab stands out as a technological genious. While the small and nimble Gray Matter comes as a close second, Brainstom ups the ante with powerful electric discharges straight out of his cranium.

Each set of 10 needs an aquatic alien, and this one is possibly the best: it's nimble, strong, possesses a powerful carapace, and is the only alien so far to have the ability to manipulate water like a weapon.

A clear choice for the first 10, this alien is quite the overkill, being literally omnipotent, capable of bending timespace, even recreating an entire universe. But, there's a catch: Ben basically has to share his mind with two other voices, who need to agree on something to do, and it is nearly impossible to acomplish this.
