The way Brie portrayed Grace made us feel as frustrated and determined to get Jayden away from her father. We believed that Grace really existed because Brie made her feel alive with her quietly intense performance.

In "The Descendants" she held her own alongside George Clooney and made us sympathize the character who was really a spoiled brat. She gave an amazing performance as innocent girl Aimee in "The Spectacular Now" but the film was so unappreciated that no one really got to see it.
