We do not know where what happened to Finn's mother is the human but only speaks on a videchat a computer until the end of Adventure Time. Hopefully the Adventure Time will appear in the movie so that Finn and Jake can find their mother so that they can see in person

When Polar known to Yuri from child was very just and sad when Polar Abrari when he opens the wooden box 'and girl of the photo was his friend Yana when polar discovers it in Icy Nights 2. That gives us the idea that the episode Ice Nights appears 3 where Polar can help Yana to recover to his lost father.
