VOICE OVER: Rebecca Brayton
Pudding is similar in texture to custard, and chocolate pudding is a wildly popular dessert. However, many people don't make it from scratch. Okay, pudding from a box is easy. But can anything from a package really taste as good as something you've made yourself? After tasting this creamy, home-made chocolate pudding, the answer is a resounding no. Chocolate pudding is a great end to many meals: while it is quite rich, it's not as filling as many other desserts. This makes it great for a romantic dish, or even just to snack on in front of the TV. In this video, http://www.WatchMojo.com shows you how to make Creamy Chocolate Pudding from scratch.

1. In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Make sure there are no lumps. 2. Now place that over medium heat, and stir in the milk using a whisk. 3. Bring that mixture to a boil, making sure to stir it constantly. Cook it until it is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. 4. Next, remove that mixture from the heat and stir in the margarine and vanilla. 5. Divide your pudding into separate serving bowls, and either allow it to chill in your refrigerator or serve it warm. TIP: If you want to avoid a skin forming on your pudding while it cools, cover the surface in cling wrap so that it touches the pudding.
This is a decadent and easy chocolate dessert that will be a sweet end to a romantic meal.
