“Akame ga Kill” (2014) While we’re certainly not debating the fact this servant of the Empire is murderous, batshit insane and fully capable of annihilating every foe before her, there’s no getting around that Esdeath is still drop dead gorgeous. Sitting in that sweet spot between the girl next door and full on yandere, her obsession with piece-of-bread protagonist Tatsumi revealed just how alluring she can be when she ditches the sword for an unbuttoned shirt. Someone who can manipulate ice should not be this hot!

“One Punch Man” (2015-19) From one ice wielder to the next, only this one swaps out the psychopathy for a sassy attitude and sense of authority that is all too captivating. Tatsumaki’s sister may not stand at the podium of S-Ranked Heroes, but she does have the advantage of being the most physically blessed of the family. She certainly has her pettiness and a nasty habit of trying to get lower ranked heroes under her control, but that doesn’t take away just how much of a bombshell she is.

“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” (2018-2021) Because everyone knows the best secretaries are the ones who happened to be monster girls and come armed with giant swords. After falling into Rimuru’s fold as one of his elite warriors, Shion quickly established herself as the most lovable of the Kijin. Not only can she decimate a landscape with one swing of her sword, but was shown to be attentive, clumsy and above all else loyal to Rimuru’s dream of a unified monster nation. Also, her choice of work attire? Peak isekai goodness.

“Code Geass” (2006-08) Cursed with immortality, bound to the whims of wicked men, C.C has spent centuries living as a tool for those who use her and the power she possesses for ill intent. And yet somehow, after all this time, she still looks incredible. Very much Zero’s most trusted confidant, C.C is reserved, borderline angelic, and something of a Snow-White figure who doesn’t hesitate to follow Lelouch, even if it to the furthest fringes of morality. Plus, she can pilot robots and loves pizza. Win-win.

“Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks” (2019) Raising the bar for MILFs everywhere by the lewdest of metrics, Mamoko may be slightly air-headed, but she’s also every ecchi mama trope come to life, all wrapped in a delightful package. Following her son into what was supposed to be a virtual reality power fantasy, Mamoko unwittingly takes over as the overpowered heroine character, though never fails to flaunt her adorable personality, and the occasional bit of fanservice for good measure. Not sure what’s more disarming, that smile or the incumbent thicc-ness.

“Overlord” (2015-18) She’ll murder the world for her beloved master, and look damn good while doing it. One of the strongest of Ainz’s servants, Albedo lives up to her guise as a fallen angel – in that she dispenses death and has an enrapturing visage. She’s also dangerously in love with her bone daddy, to the extent she’s one bad day away from turning into an explosion of horniness that none would survive. And yet just one look at her sinful frame and we can’t help but feel it would be totally worth it.

“Tenchi Muyo!” Franchise (1995-2015) You can’t beat the classics. One of the original rough and tumble tomboys that defined the early days of anime’s harem scene, Ryoko is a straight up savage; a former space pirate who run rampant across the galaxy. At least until she fell in love and decided to try and snatch up Tenchi for herself. From that point on, she hands down became the best character in the entire Tenchi Universe, going from killer to kitty, though not afraid to fight for who she loves. How she didn’t end up as the one true choice by the end remains a travesty.

“Gurren Lagann” (2007) There are few who can make our drills pierce the heavens quite like this red head. A resistance fighter, a teacher, a gunslinging beauty with something of an aversion to full-fitting clothing, and the one who stole the heart of our lord and savior Kamina. Yoko is all these and so much more. Her appeal only matched by how much of a firecracker she is in battle, especially after the time skip. Just a shame every guy she’s ever loved has ended up dead soon after locking lips...

“Kill la Kill” (2013-14) Bow down you unworthy pigs in human clothing, lest you be cut down or verbally beaten into submission by Lady Satsuki in all her glory. The monumental standout character from Trigger’s erotically laced, frantic action-fest of an anime, Satuski is the whole package. Undeterred, unflinching, morally ambiguous, and willing to do whatever it takes to see her ambition fulfilled…even it means taking out her foes with a superpowered robe that leaves very little to the imagination. Not that she cares because, why would she? She’s Satsuki.

“High School DxD” (2012-18) Putting the double D in DxD, this most lascivious of demons is pretty much the poster girl when it comes to harem leads. While her power of destruction certainly makes her a threat in battle, it’s her casual approach to lust that makes her an absolute knockout. Why it took Issei so long to respond to her advances, we’ll never know, but it’s fair to say she’s left many a fan breathless during her tenure. Breathless, and often clutching their family jewels, but that’s neither here nor there. Seriously, how could you even think of choosing Asia over Rias?!

“Spy x Family” (2022) She’s the perfect mother, makes for an excellent housewife, and spends her nights slaying her targets as an assassin. That’s right, Yor is the knaifu waifu, and we can’t get enough of her. Balancing the lie as Loid’s fake wife and Anya’s fake mother while also continuing her daily assassinations, you’d think Yor wouldn’t have room to be a precious petal who dotes on her new family, but nope – she’s picturesque in everything she does. Whether in her casual guise or dressed to impress in her Thorn Princess attire, Yor is a cut above the rest. You’re a lucky man Loid.

“Dragon Ball” Franchise (1986-) We’re not sure how, but for the past few decades this engineer has only continued to skyrocket when it comes to sex appeal. Starting off as Goku’s hot-headed traveling companion all the way to the MILF of the century, Bulma truly has only gotten better with age. Whether she’s using her keen mind to help locate Dragon Balls or overcoming the likes of Vegeta’s Galick Gun as his devoted wife, Bulma remains as spunky and as fun as she’s always been. Just don’t ask about her age.

“Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood” (2009-10) She is the physical manifestation of all things desirable; how could she not be attractive? One that just happens to include devastating strength and an enchanting body that she’s certainly not shy about. While her status and many years as a veteran shinobi allowed her to take on the title of Hokage, Tsunade equally succeeded in leaving everyone in disbelief that she was pushing fifty. Kunochi are just built different.

“Monogatari” Franchise (2009-19) There are numerous ladies in Araragi’s life, lucky bastard that he is, who could easily lay claim to sexiest in the whole medium, but out of the whole plumage of tragic beauties, Hitagi stands tall as the most beloved. She’s dealt with supernatural oddities as well as a broken home life, and yet still refuses to crumble in the face of adversity, or the antics of her vampire boyfriend. She can break the fourth wall, shatter hearts, and cause every other part of your anatomy to engorge with but a whisper. She’s just that good.

“One Piece” (1999-) Cat Burglar got your tongue? Her dream to chart out the world may be pure, but the navigator of the Straw Hat pirates is more than aware of how to use her womanly wiles to get what she wants. Mostly to snatch up more coin from any unassuming marks.
