RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14: Meet the Queens Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’re meeting the queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14 For this video, we’ll be looking at the drag artists who will be competing on Season 14 of the American version of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Who’s your favorite to win the crown? Are there any queens that weren’t included this season that you think should be there? Let us know in the comments. Alyssa Hunter The self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican runway queen”, Alyssa came up in the pageant scene around San Juan. A gorgeous queen with looks to go around, this queen claims to be able to do it all. Well, except sing. Angeria Paris Vanmichaels An old-school pageant queen from Atlanta Georgia, Angeria will be serving us glamour this season. Her southern charm and fierce fashion look to be her strengths, and we’re excited to see her incorporate them into this competition! Bosco A Seattle queen with a laid-back vibe and fashion-forward attitude, this queen hopes to use her razor-sharp wit to propel her to the head of this competition, while serving femme fatale glamour. Only time will tell how her run compares to her local counterparts. Daya Betty Our first queen with a Ru girl lineage, Daya Betty hails from the house of Methyd, taking a cue from Crystal’s rhythm of the night to serve looks across a backdrop of 80’s rockstar realness. With garment construction as reportedly her strength, we can’t wait to see how far this queen’s talent and ambition get her in this competition. Deja Skye Known for a colorful drag palette that oscillates between bold colors and pastels, this California queen is a strong lipsyncer who proudly rocks her curves and swerves. A seasoned performer with a keen eye for her color scheme, she has all the pieces to go far in this competition. Jasmine Kennedie The only New York City queen to feature on season 14, this high energy queen is a performer known for her dancing and fun personality. While bubbly on the outside, she also has the intensity to go far in this competition. Jorgeous A self-described Tex-Mex showgirl who has been doing drag since 16, Jorgeous is a fierce performer with some serious dance chops. With a combination of style and moves, this Nashville queen could have what it takes to make it all the way to the top! June Jambalaya From Los Angeles, California, this performer’s ready to mix style and substance to make her mark on this competition. A queen with strong performance skills, we’re excited to see how they translate to the Drag Race runway. Kerri Colby Hailing from the house of Colby in LA, Kerri is a look queen through and through, and a perfectionist, at that. Known for serving hair, face and body-ody-ody, she is also one of the two transgender contestants competing on this season. Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté Like many in this year’s crop, this camp comedy diva is already widely known for her talents, as well as her big personality. She is also one of the trans contestants competing this season, with performance being touted as her strength! Lady Camden Originally from the UK and now living in California, Lady Camden comes from a ballet dancing background. While this traditionally bodes well for performers looking to make their mark on the competition, we can’t wait to see what looks she has to match her toe tapping talents! Maddy Morphosis Self-described as “Arkansas’ most overrated drag queen”, Maddy is poised to bring a foundation of camp and comedy that not only permeate her performances but also her looks. She is also the show’s first heterosexual contestant, proving that drag truly is for everyone, and hopefully a harbinger of more fluid expressions of drag in the future. Orion Story A retro queen with a penchant for camp, and the first queen from Michigan to compete on the show, Orion Story has a smoldering beauty that is sure to light up the Drag Race runway. We’re excited to see her groovy drag in action, as well as everything else we’ve been missing from the Michigan drag scene . Willow Pill From Denver Colorado, Willow has big shoes to fill as the drag sister of Season 11 winner Yvie Oddly. But with a drag style that’s as different from her sister as it is eccentric, we’re ready to see her make her own mark on the competition. Who’s your favorite to win it all? What challenge are you most excited to see these queens compete in?
