For this list, we're looking at games that are designed to be played either with no major end goal in sight, or to be played in short bursts when you've got nothing else to do. Though there are many games like Skyrim or World of Warcraft that come with dozens of hours of content, the existence of a distinct end point, or at least end game content, disqualifies them from this list. Sill games that could possibly break down after extensive periods are still eligible here.
