Lucy Hale got her start on this short-lived “American Idol” spinoff back in 2003. The show, which gave aspiring young singers the chance to make it big, was her first taste of the spotlight; and she certainly made the most of it. Hale was one of the show’s five finalists who went on to form the creatively titled pop group American Juniors. Unfortunately, they failed to find an audience and broke up in 2005 due to lack of publicity. “American Juniors” the show only lasted for one season.
