If only these two didn’t hate each other’s guts so much, they’d make for perfect partners.

With Kite now dead and Pitou refusing to revive him, Gon pretty much snaps, his power exploding and reshaping into an adult-version of himself, one that comes with intense muscles and zero mercy. Even against the Chimera Ant’s killer speed, Gon was able to crush the kitty’s skull with no difficulty at all, smashing it apart with so many deathblows that we fully believed not even Meruem could hope to handle him.

Just when you thought this guy couldn’t get any stronger, just when you thought the deadliest pirate in all four oceans couldn’t have anything else up his non-existent sleeves, along comes the reveal he’s got a Devil Fruit that turns him into a dragon. While just a slam from his iron club was enough to put Luffy out of commission, the force he exuded when in this mythical state can put all the Staw Hat’s previous foes to shame. You do not want to be on the receiving end of his Bolo Breath.

We have no idea what godly power lurks within him, only that it’s power can’t be measured, where even true terrors like Mogami are wiped out in a flash.

There are airhead protagonists, and then there’s Nono. While her smile lights up the morning and her dreams of one day being a Gunbuster pilot are almost cute in their breadth, the real kicker here is that she’s possible the most lethal weapon the galaxy has ever known – a living mecha that not only has enough firepower to instantly wipe out an oncoming alien horde, but also teleport a black hole away before it swallowed the planet. There really is no other machine quite like her.

Get yourself the ghostly equivalent to pesticide and slice the bastard with a one shot kill that not only nukes his transcendental form but also wipes out your career as Shinigami in the process. As sudden as it is devastating, the Final Getsuga Tensho transforms the lad into a shadowy presence capable of wiping out something as overpowered as Aizen in his fourth Hogoku Form. Not bad for a substitute shinigami.

Not even insa-kill techniques like the Night Guy were able to finish off Madara while he was strutting his stuff in this form, just a shame we never got to see him go all out because of the whole backstab thing.

While granting every magical girl across the globe the sweet embrace of death without becoming a witch is quite the achievement, seeing her snipe down a planet-sized grief seed with a bow and arrow is a pretty good indication of this new Madoka’s OP level.

It’s the state of being that could potentially bring down a God of Destruction, and we’ve barely seen Goku unleash its full strength. From the glimpses we’ve gotten of this silver-haired ascension, it’s capable of taking something as powerful as a Super Saiyan, and elevating their speed and strength to the level where even a fighter as hardcore as Jiren had a hard time landing a hit. You have to wonder just what or whom Goku could wreck if he ever found a way to fully master this top tier form!
