VOICE OVER: Emily - WatchMojo WRITTEN BY: Nick Spake
The SAG Awards are never a drag and the red carpet fashion did not disappoint! For this list, we're taking a look at the most memorable looks at the 26th Screen Actors Guild Awards from Lili Reinhart, to Sadie Sink's Gucci dress and of course, Scarlett Johansson's green godess gown. Join MsMojo as we count down our picks for the Top 10 Best Looks at the 2020 SAG Awards.

#10: Nicole Kidman

Between her riveting work in “Bombshell” and “Big Little Lies,” Nicole Kidman scored a couple of nominations at this year’s SAG Awards. The Australian-American actress looked her usual exquisite self in a Michael Kors dress. The sequined navy-blue gown featured a ruffled slit, prominently displaying her Alexandre Birman shoes. The shimmering heels were an ideal match for the dress, not to mention her Le Vian and Lydia Courteille jewelry. Kidman’s hair hearkened back to Old Hollywood with delicate waves, and her understated makeup kept the focus on the shimmer of the ensemble. Kidman simply lit up the night like the heart of the ocean.

#9: Lupita Nyong’o

Up for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role, Lupita Nyong’o delivered a haunting dual performance in “Us.” So, it’s only fitting that her Louis Vuitton dress would encompass contrasting colors. Nyong’o’s floral embellished dress was topped with a white garment, blossoming in the Shrine Auditorium. The stunning dress reportedly consisted of 12,000 glass beads and 20,000 sequins, which couldn’t have gone better with her Forevermark diamonds. Her collection of diamonds was estimated to be worth a total of $3.5 million, but Nyong’o’s curvy hairdo was nothing short of priceless.

#8: Logan Browning

Netflix subscribers have likely seen Logan Browning on either the series “Dear White People” or the film “The Perfection.” If Browning somehow wasn’t on your radar already, you’ll definitely remember this lavender Jason Wu dress the next time you see her. She distinguished her look with a ruffled shirt and train that flourished across the red carpet. Browning accessorized with Pomellato jewelry and makeup that accentuated her alluring eyes. It might be cliché to say that somebody looked like a princess at an award show, but this SAG ambassador appeared nothing short of enchanting at this ball.

#7: Lili Reinhart

Is this the SAG Awards or prom night at Riverdale High? Either way, it’s a party we’d all love to attend! Veronica Lodge herself, Camila Mendes, (xref) was in attendance wearing a beige Ralph & Russo Couture dress. Yet, it was Lili Reinhart who stole the show in her Miu Miu gown. Reinhart’s deep V-neck was lined with pearls, which were just as radiant as her Harry Winston jewelry. Her black top was paired with a white ball gown skirt, which made for an ideal color contrast - bringing out Betty Cooper’s good girl and bad girl side simultaneously.

#6: Zoë Kravitz

Nicole Kidman wasn’t the only member of the Monterey Five who stunned at the SAG Awards. Keeping up a “Big Little Lies” tradition, Zoë Kravitz went for an Audrey Hepburn look on the red carpet. Despite being a different color than Holly Golightly’s, Kravitz’s white evening gloves had “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” written all over them nonetheless. Kravitz even wore her hair like Hepburn, replicating the pixie crop she popularized in “Roman Holiday.” At the same time, Kravitz made the look her own with a strapless peach Oscar de la Renta dress wrapped up in a stylish bow. All that’s missing is a diamond necklace.

#5: Madeline Brewer

Given everything her character has been through on “The Handmaid’s Tale,” it’s easy to forget sometimes how glamorous Madeline Brewer is in real life. Brewer didn’t wear her handmaid’s outfit to the SAG Awards, but still showcased plenty of red with her Princess Ariel-esque locks. Speaking of mermaids, Brewer complimented her blazing hair with a wavy, turquoise gown, making us all want to take a deep dive under the sea. Brewer added to the look with an orangey-red lip and rosy cheeks. She truly made a splash in this tiered Monique Lhuillier dress, no seashells required.

#4: Emily Hampshire

Catherine O’Hara (xref) certainly looked like a statuette in her Marc Jacobs dress - since her character, Moira Rose,’s favorite season is “awards,” we expected nothing less. Yet, it was her “Schitt’s Creek” co-star, Emily Hampshire, who had the most eye-catching transformation at the SAGs. Hampshire traded in her motel manager attire for a dark rose J Mendel gown with a plunging neckline, puffy sleeves, and a long, billowy skirt. The see-through sheer and ruffles made for a winning combination. It’s an ensemble that only the Rose family fortune could buy and that only an actress of impeccable taste could do justice.

#3: Sophie Turner

During her later years on “Game of Thrones,” Sophie Turner sported a lot of dark, gloomy outfits as Sansa Stark. At this year’s SAG Awards, however, the English actress decided to cut loose with something a bit more fun and vibrant. Although we’re used to seeing Turner with red hair, she unleashed her naturally golden blonde locks for the event. Turner further channeled her inner Barbie with a strapless hot pink Louis Vuitton dress. She matched the dress with a belt and a fashionable buckle. With a slit running down her left leg, Turner unveiled a pair of silver heels. It might not be the dress you’d see the Queen in the North wear, but it is an ensemble that screams, “Let’s go party!”

#2: Sadie Sink

Millie Bobby Brown (xref) continued her streak of classy fashion moments in her white Louis Vuitton dress and pants. If we had to single out our favorite SAG look from a “Stranger Things” star, though, Sadie Sink would get elevens across the board! She flourished like a rose with her silky ginger hair and sophisticated eyeshadow. Of course, what really made Sink stand out was her black Gucci dress, which was embroidered with shimmering polka dots and a crystal-like belt. It’s a far cry from what Max Mayfield usually wears, but it suits Sink to a T. Also, this may be the closest we ever get to a crossover between the kids from Hawkins and Riverdale.

Before we get to our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions:

Rachel Brosnahan

Dakota Fanning

Charlize Theron

Joey King

Cynthia Erivo

#1: Scarlett Johansson

Scoring a trio of nominations for her performances in “Jojo Rabbit” and “Marriage Story,” Scarlett Johansson couldn’t have dressed more appropriately for this particular award show. For starters, her Armani Prive dress is almost the same color as a green SAG statuette. The dress came complete with a low-cut neckline, but all eyes were on the crystals lining the back straps. This went well with her diamond earrings, which Johansson showcased by pulling her hair back into a bun. Topping off the look with scarlet lipstick, there’s a reason why this actress is synonymous with Hollywood glamor.
