Dr Claw has stated in the episode 4 Gadget at the Circus at the end during his escape that no one would uncover him or Mad Cat basicaly stating they were in it together

Charlie Brown and Snoopy seem to always be doing there own thing they dont seem to have a vivid bond a bond you can see though he probally be more depressed if he was gone and snoopy never leaves or abandons him like most.
