This competitor to Steam was publisher exclusive, has servers that are down more often than up, has DRM, and a subscription model for streaming services (effectively meaning you don't own anything you buy).

Ok, Ok, I'll give credit, many of these bugs and glitches they WERE able to fix. And now, its in a much better state than it was at launch.

I think devs need to spend less time hyping up a game and spend more time making sure the game is actually good at launch. The Division had a disappointing launch, but like Assassin's Creed Unity, it got better through future updates.
