David Busst - Manchester United v Coventry City 1995/96

David Busst suffered a career ending injury in the 1995/96 season of the English Premier League. The break was so bad that Man Utd goalie Peter Schmeichel reportedly vomited on the pitch after witnessing the incident. Busst had to have numerous operations in the aftermath and his scars will show you just how bad it really was.
