Emma had a psychic affair with Scott at a time when she was supposed to be his counselor (that in itself a major violation of professional ethics). Plus there's the fact that she was a member of antagonist group the Hellfire Club.

He's not a team player, he has a history of being cryptic when just being straightforward could have solved a lot of problems, and in his most recent iteration one of his possible past histories reveals him to be Judas Iscariot.

In the comics, he was an accountant who kidnapped his own daughter and trained her to become a vicious killer, while indulging his own superhero fantasies. At least the movie version made him more sympathetic as a cop who lost his wife.
Additionally, concerning the Void, whenever the Sentry performs a heroic act, the Void will commit an act of corresponding evil. So if Sentry saves 1000 lives from a burning building, Void will kill 1000 people in a train crash.

Gambit is revealed at one point to have been a member of Mr. Sinister's Marauders (along with Sabretooth), who slaughtered the innocent sewer-dwelling Morlocks. When Rogue found out, she left Gambit in a frozen wasteland to fend for himself.

Real name Kent Allard, he stole the identity of Lamont Cranston, blackmailed the real Cranston into working with him, and terrorizes his own operatives as much as he does the criminals he fights.
The incident with Dr. Light wasn't the only time Zatanna mind-wiped a supervillain. She also did it to the Top, one of Flash's rogues, to make him a hero, but that led to Top going insane and manipulating other villains in like manner.
His failure to take Spoiler seriously and properly train her for the Robin role led to a gang war in which Spoiler apparently died, only to be revealed that her death had been faked to protect her. Spoiler slapped him when next they met.
