Kill the boss(BNK3R), get all the loot(and eventually legendary shield Sham and/or legendary SMG Bitch), save the game, load and repeat.

This is the area with reappearing monsters that provide the most experience in the game. But the best part is that it is the only area where you can obtain infinitely many charmable power tabs and magic tabs. Just don't finish it until your grinding is complete (while keeping in mind that you can eventually finish your grind in a New Game ).
