SPOILER: If you let Drax sacrifice himself, Gamora will mostly likely dislike you, but Rocket will stick with you. However, if you deny Drax's request, not only he will feel disrespected for Quill's decision, as well as Groot will be heavity wonded by the ship's engine. Also, Rocket will leave and Gamora stays.

If you keep Lilly, she'll later on steal the RV leaving everyone behind and you have to rely on the train. However, if you left her, this choice will haunt you back when you face The Stranger
