#10: Pumpkin Pie

“Romancelvania” (2021)

In case you have never played this game for yourself, “Romancelvania” is a love letter to both “Castlevania” and dating sim games. While one half of the game is playing through action-platformer levels, the other half is dedicated to encountering, helping, and romancing unique characters. Among these is a voluptuous, kinky gourd of a scarecrow named PS Elle. You’ll immediately get an achievement just for getting PS Elle to join the cast, but if you invite her to a “special date”, you’ll be awarded with the achievement known as “Pumpkin Pie”. We’ll let you sort out what exactly that means.

#9: Adult Content

“Dead Rising 2: Off the Record” (2011)

To obtain this achievement, “Off the Record” requires you to be as perverted as possible. This isn’t going to be as easy as taking a picture of some cleavage. The “Adult Content” achievement tasks you in taking an erotic photo that is worth at least one thousand points. Of course, the easiest way to do this requires you to visit Uranus Zone. Other methods include taking photos of Kristin the dancer, Tammy the mermaid, one of the Bailey twins during their boss fight. No matter which method you go for, the achievement will earn you a picture of Europa Westinghouse giving you a very scathingly, disapproving look.

#8: Perverted

“South Park: The Stick of Truth” (2014)

For this one, you’ll have to force yourself to suffer through sixty seconds of torment. One of the most infamous moments in “South Park: The Stick of Truth” occurs during the second night in which you chase down the Underpants Gnome. You’ll wind up in your parents’ bedroom right in the middle of them doing the deed. The “Perverted” achievement requires you to have your character watch them for one long, full minute. Here’s hoping no one walked in on you while you were achievement-hunting.

#7: I Swear! I Did It By Mistake!

“Lollipop Chainsaw” (2012)

This is perhaps one of the most famous (or infamous) achievements in video game history depending on who you ask. For this, you’ll have to sneak a peek under Juliet’s skirt one time. Of course, if you actively try to do this, Juliet will tuck her skirt down while giving you a glare. But there are other means of getting the achievement, the most common method involving placing the camera underneath while she’s climbing a ladder. Or, in some cases, maybe you’ll truly pop the achievement without even actually trying to do it as one of our writers did when playing the 2024 remaster.

#6: View of the Valley

“Asura’s Wrath” (2012)

This is yet another notoriously perverse achievement that few folks have bothered going for to avoid embarrassment. During the hot spring scene, one of the maidens will bring Asura a tray of drinks. Obviously, Asura cannot refrain from looking at her exposed chest, and you can make him look like a bigger creep as soon as you gain control again. Before you take one of the drinks, you can move the camera and center on the maiden’s cleavage. She will immediately cover herself up and give you a scolding look before reverting back to her idle animation. Shame on you!

#5: Caught in the Act

“House Party” (2022)

In order to achieve every achievement in “House Party”, you’re going to have to do a whole bunch of actions that range from being a total jackass to being as lewd or perverted as possible. The “Caught in the Act” achievement is a bit more situational than the rest as you’ll have to romance one of the characters enough to get them in the bedroom with you. Some of them will have to be in a specific room for you to get them to sleep with you. Others may require you to talk to other characters into leaving the area. All you have to do after is get down and hope someone walks in while you’re getting busy.

#4: Shake It, Baby

“Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour” (2016)

Players can get this achievement relatively early in the game as the first three levels take place in Los Angeles. In the Red Light District level, one of the buildings you enter turns out to be a nightclub with the dancers still working despite the alien invasion occurring. Interacting with them will let Duke give them some cash in exchange for a lewd dance. According to PSN Profiles, more than sixty percent of the thirty-seven thousand players who own this game have earned this trophy on PS4. Forty-five percent of Steam players have unlocked the achievement.

#3: ...I Did It for the Trophy

“Yakuza 0” (2017)

Now, if you’re someone like our writer for this video, you’re probably a trophy hunter who likes to gather Platinums. Well, if you want to get the Platinum trophy for Yakuza 0 on PS4, you’ll have to succumb to a little bit of shame here. “I Did It For the Trophy” gives a simple description that reads…*ahem*, “Watch a sexy video.” Yes, you can watch very, very soft “sexy videos” in “Yakuza 0”, and the trophy will pop as the segment ends with the camera pointed towards a tissue box next to Kiryu’s seat. Hope the trophy was worth it!

#2: Sicko

“DDinosaur with Double D's” (2025)

“DDinosaur with Double D's” is loaded with several suggestive achievements for you to try and nab. “Massage Therapy” is quite the risque achievement to shove at the very front of the game, but “Sicko” is one that you might get judged or teased about more. This achievement requires you to take a screenshot with your computer while DDinosaur is getting undressed. Congratulations - you have exposed yourself to your Steam friends that you took a screenshot of a voluptuous T. Rex. And now, there are tons of questions you might have to answer for. But perhaps not as many as our final entry…

“HuniePop” (2015)

There are all kinds of lewd achievements that are loaded into “HuniePop”, more than its spin-off, “HunieCam Studio”, and its sequel ever saw. During your time, you’ll earn achievements for summoning an alien woman, a girl who thinks she’s a cat and calls you “Master”, and one for sleeping with Venus, the goddess of love. And upon sleeping with a woman, you will earn a pair of their panties, which you will have to give all of them to Kyu in order to unlock the Alpha achievement. Yeah, you’re just going to have to set aside any discomfort, shame, or possibility of being teased in order to 100% this game. And if you’re good enough, maybe you’ll get the achievement for not failing a single date for your entire campaign.
