Formed in 2006, Whitechapel is a death metal band out of Knoxville, Tennessee. The band name was derived from the region of London where Jack the Ripper pulled off his infamous series of murders. One thing that sets these guys apart from other groups in their genre is their three guitarists: each plays their own specific part and together they form the brutal Whitechapel sound.
