Founded in 1988, Deftones are an alternative metal band out of Sacramento, California. You can hear the band's diverse influences in their music, and they are famous for their well-crafted lyrics. The group formed right out of high school, and the guys have since grown and matured, and their musical progression has evolved along with them.
