Molecular Cuisine: Iceberg Cocktail Recipe

Molecular gastronomy studies the science of food and drink. It has resulted in a plethora of wild, crazy, delicious and unique dishes and cocktails. One such invention is resto-loft Fibo’s Iceberg Cocktail. A blend of vodka, ice wine and a secret ingredient (blue Gatorade), the drink itself is delicious. However, add some liquid nitrogen and it’ll turn your world upside-down. Or at least, you’ll be able to turn your drink upside-down!
