Forgotten Video Games: Conan

Some games are better than you think. As is the case with 2007's all-but forgotten action-adventure epic “Conan” for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Occupying countless bargain bins, the absence of advertising left this Barbarian-sized quest to fend for itself. Inspired by the controls and style of the God of War franchise, the game features a rather unbarbaric-sounding Ron Pearlman as Conan, and tells the tale of his inadvertent freeing of the dark sorcerer Graven. Stripped of his armor, the Cimmerian teams-up with a warrior queen and the two set out to defeat the sorceror's evil forces and save the world.
