Muslim vs. Islamism

Muslim vs. Islamism Tarek Fatah is a writer, broadcaster and political activist. He helped found the Canadian Muslim Congress; an organization that provides a voice for Muslims who remain voiceless. He is primarily an advocate for a more progressive and liberal type of Islam, and – in fact – penned a book called, 'Chasing a Mirage: The Tragic Illusion of an Islamic State,' which contests the construction of an Islamic state. To put it bluntly, he is against what is called, 'radical' Islam, otherwise known as Islamism. In this video, WatchMojo.com speaks with Fatah to learn more about Muslim versus Islamism, and to get his take on the Islamic state.
