Eating a gluten-free diet is a great choice for your health, but it can also mean waving goodbye to some of your favorite foods. I mean, imagine a life without pizza! Fortunately, you don’t have to: there are plenty of alternatives that allow you to replicate the pizza experience without gluten – the trick is making it taste good. The key to any good pizza is the crust, so start with a homemade or store-bought gluten-free crust as your base.
