In 2023, during NMIXXs concert in Los Angeles, one moment went viral when an overzealous or possibly careless parent left their baby on stage. Whether it was meant as tribute to their idol or just a misguided stunt, no one knows for sure. Kyujin gracefully handed the baby back, because she thought it looked dangerous and she wasnt wrong. While the baby wasnt harmed, it was undeniably reckless, and fans online didnt hold back from calling it out. Strangely enough, it turns out this wasnt the babys first concert either.

Cooper is a rock icon and a well-respected figure in the music world even today. So, we totally understand if fans go a little crazy for him. But pretending to be his wife just to get his attention? Now, thats beyond wild. In a 2013 interview, Cooper shared a surreal backstage moment. Right before a show, someone tells him his wife has passed out backstage. Rushing back, he finds a woman in an oxygen mask who isnt his wife at all. Then she goes on to call him endearing names and tries to convince her own father, and Cooper, that shes Amy Lee from Evanescence. According to Cooper, he played along, but the moment was so absurd he probably couldn't forget it easily.

Its crazy how far some fans are willing to go just to meet their favorite celebrity. In Ricky Martins case, a fan literally crawled through an AC vent to get into his hotel room. As Martin shared on the British TV series This Morning, he was walking around naked in his room when he heard some noise. To his shock, a fan had found a way into his room through the vents. Instead of freaking out, Martin handled it calmly he took some pictures with them and signed some autographs. Thankfully, the fan wasnt there for any other funny business or the story couldve taken a very different turn.

Celebs getting stuff thrown at them phones included is nothing new, especially for someone as big as Ed Sheeran. But Sheeran shared a story with Rolling Stone that was just plain freaky. A fan once chucked a phone at him during a show. When Sheeran and his crew tried unlocking it, they noticed the wallpaper was a screenshot of a message saying Call this number. So they call the number, only for the same phone to start ringing. Thats when it hit them that the fan was trying to get the singer to call her. Maybe it was a rom-com fantasy gone wrong? Either way, there was no romantic ending just her dad waiting backstage to collect the phone.

How much crowd and chaos can your starpower really pull? For someone like Justin Bieber, it can be absolute mayhem. In 2012 while performing a free concert in Norway, Justin got more than he could handle. During this surprise concert, Bieber drew tens of thousands of fans many head-over-heels for him. The crowd grew so chaotic, the authorities even considered declaring a state of emergency. But the madness didnt end there. After the show, Bieber and his crew got on a speedboat to escape the overwhelming mob. Thats when dozens of fans fired up their own speedboats and literally chased him across the harbor. Bieber later shared the surreal moment in a tweet that went viral.

Heres another disturbing example of how fan obsession can spiral out of control. In 2016, private vacation photos of Harry Styles, Kendall Jenner, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia DeRossi, and Styles mother, Anne Cox, were leaked on Twitter. What made it worse? A Harry Styles fan account claimed to have hacked Annes iCloud and allegedly, Styles had followed the account at one point. Neither Jenner nor Styles commented, but the invasion felt deeply personal. Styles sister, Gemma, later spoke out about how devastated their mother was. Coxs social media account was eventually deleted while #AnnesiCloud became a trending topic on Twitter.

Youd be surprised at the amazing and strange gifts being a star can get you. Fans of The Walking Dead will remember Daryl Dixon, the crossbow-wielding zombie slayer known for his temper. Hes played by Norman Reedus, who once shared a wild fan story in a GQ interview. According to the actor, a woman apparently sent him a silicone breast implant because she felt he sounded depressed in an interview. Perhaps her logic was that this strange gift could somehow cheer him up. Instead of tossing it, Reedus found a use for it, keeping it as a phone cradle in his trailer. It seems in Hollywood, even the weirdest gifts can find a home.

In 2010, Justin dropped by a New Zealand TV studio. Since her mother worked at the station, 16-year-old Emma Hall-Phillips got to meet the Biebs and scored a bottle of sparkling water he sipped from. Emma and her mom auctioned the bottle on TradeMe, reportedly selling it for $624 U.S. We wonder if theres a connection between this water bottle and the one somebody threw at Biebers head later that year. In any case, thats high quality H20!

This fan went overboard to meet his idol. In 2013, a 22-year-old Chicago man was caught swimming near Taylor Swifts Rhode Island beach house. Just before 2:30 A.M., the authorities caught the fan getting out of the water roughly a mile away from the singers house. Naturally, the police had a few questions for him. The fan reportedly confessed that he had just swum 2 miles and had been planning to meet Swift. Thats about as close as he would get to Taylor, as the police arrested and booked him for trespassing. Long story short, they knew he was trouble when he swam in.

#8: Mrs. Kanye West

Night swimming to Taylor Swifts house might be crazy, but this is one of the most insane fan stories of all time. The former Linda Resa demonstrated her devotion to Kanye West by tattooing his name on her arm and buttock. She also legally changed her name to Mrs. Kanye Resa West. This street performer has since gained attention for singing songs by Kanye, Beyoncé, and other celebs. She also had a run-in with the law after chucking an amp through an Office Depot window in Times Square. Unsurprisingly, Mrs. Kanye West isnt the biggest Kim Kardashian fan.

With the exception of the Tooth Fairy, there arent many household names that would accept teeth as gifts. After Kesha received a molar from a fan, however, she reportedly decided to wear it as an earring, stating, I love it when people send me body parts. Kesha claims that she got over 1,000 human teeth, which she used to make a bra, a headdress, earrings, and necklaces! But, when Kesha checked into rehab to treat her eating disorder in 2014, the center made their no tooth policy abundantly clear.

In 2010, Carl McCoid then 37 got a tattoo in honor of Billy Ray's most famous daughter. Although that should've been enough to show his devotion, McCoid didnt stop there. Over time, he added 28 more Miley Cyrus tattoos, spending around £3,000 or $3,900 in the process. McCoid, a father of three, also named one of his daughters after his idol. But when Cyrus caught wind of this story, she described the tattoos as creepy and ugly, leaving McCoid to seek tattoo removal starting in 2015. But then, thats the price of obsession.

Since Chris Brown pled guilty to felony assault in 2009, you wouldnt think the ladies would be knocking on his door. In 2015, though, 21-year-old Amira Ayeb actually broke the hinges off Browns front door. She then made herself at home, threw out his daughters clothes, decorated the interior with voodoo-like imagery, and wrote, I love you, on the walls. Brown eventually found Ayeb naked in his bed and didnt hesitate to share the experience on Instagram shortly after. She also spray-painted what she believed to be her name Mrs. Brown on his cars. Maybe she should form a support group with Mrs. Kanye West.

When somebody says, Id give an arm and a leg for you, its usually meant to be taken metaphorically. For this unstable teenage fan, however, it was quite literal. Jessie Js life was turned into a horror movie when a stalker hunted down her personal info in 2012. She then proceeded to send Jessie a picture of her broken limb. This injury was supposedly self-inflicted, as the stalker wanted to mimic the singer, who had broken her foot the previous year. Jessie additionally received a series of unsettling messages, like, I will do anything to be just like you. Jessie responded by increasing her security soon after.

#3: Forehead Tattoo for Drake

Tat my name on you so I know it's real... maybe Drake should have thought that lyric through a bit more. One Los Angeles woman will apparently do anything Drake says, as she had his name tattooed across her forehead in bulging letters in 2011. The woman had reportedly already shaved her eyebrows and head when she entered the L.A. tattoo parlor, Will Rise. Tattoo artist Kevin Campbell inked the womans forehead, although he'd never even heard of the rapper. Drake would subsequently threaten Campbell in an interview and even dropped by his shop to give him a warning. Sometimes one tattoo can make a lot of headlines.

#2: Menstrual Blood Letter to Taecyeon

Writing somebody a message in blood is creepy. Writing somebody a message in menstrual blood is creepy and vomit-inducing. South Korean singer Taecyeon of the boy band 2PM received the most disgusting fan letter imaginable in 2009. The letter was not only penned with period blood, but also garnished with a side of pubic hairs. Being as bizarre as it is, many internet users initially wrote the letter off as a fake. To prove it was real, however, the fan responsible posted a picture of her clearly used pad. Of course this only fanned the flames, bringing Taecyeon even more unwanted attention.

#1: Scarlett Johansson Bot

Graphic designer Ricky Ma dedicated a year and a half of his life to creating a humanoid robot prototype modeled after Scarlett Johansson. Costing over $50,000 to create, the Scar-Jo bot comes complete with facial features and can also move other body parts. It even responds to voice commands. It's creepy, but then again, Johansson played an OS in Her and a cyborg in Ghost in the Shell. So if youre going to model a robot after a celebrity, shes a natural choice. But on the other hand, celebrity fan stories dont get much crazier or creepier than this. This lifelike robot will be haunting our nightmares tonight for sure.
