Throughout his existence, he has been translated into over 80 languages, sold over 350 million copies, and excited children and adults alike with his action and adventure. Tintin got a highly anticipated big-screen makeover in 2011 by Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson. That big budget partially animated, partially motion-capture 3D film stayed true to the character and introduced Tintin to an entirely new generation.
