Formed in 2006, Miss May I is a metalcore band out of Troy, Ohio. The group started off as a high school project, and when they got signed just before graduation they decided to forgo college and focus on their music. In terms of their style, they sing the type of music they grew up listening to, and they feel they are one of the only young bands to be singing straight up metalcore.
