Recipe: How to Make Creamy Chocolate Fudge

If you’re in the mood for something really sweet and really rich, we’ve got the dessert for you. Here is a recipe for Creamy Chocolate Fudge.

- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Start by lining an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, and set it aside. Try to keep it as smooth as possible.
2. Now, in a large saucepan mix together the marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
3. Place it on the stovetop at medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Once it’s boiling, cook it for another five minutes, and continue stirring.
5. When the time’s up, remove it from the heat and add all the chocolate chips: then, stir it until it’s smooth.
TIP: If you find the mixture grainy and not smooth, feel free to place it back on the heat until it reaches the desired creamy texture.
6. When it is smooth, add the nuts and vanilla and mix until they’re incorporated.
7. Pour your fudge into your foil-lined pan, and then chill it in the fridge for about two hours.
When your fudge has set, cut it up into one-inch squares. Enjoy!
