Team Element consists of Alexandre Dereon (FRA), Guillaume Mocquin (FRA), Phil Zwijsen (BEL), Mickael Mackrodt (GER) and Ross McGouran (GBR). For Team Manager Alexandre Dereon it was important that the obstacle is related to the harbour, shipping containers, ships etc. So they designed a cargo ship with waves on the side. Element's “Oil Spill” obstacle, fits in nicely with Hamburg's seafaring heritage and ads an environmental theme to proceedings.
