World Press Photos Of The Year

The World Press Photo traveling exhibit showcases the best in photojournalism from the previous year. Photos in 2009's exhibit showcase events from 2008: Topics such as the Beijing Olympics, China's earthquake and the conflict between Georgia and South Ossetia were popular topics for submitted photos.
