Ugh, Nintendo really is starting to take on a grandpa image for its fear of creating a basic online infrastructure. Forget graphics and bleeding edge tech, people play Facebook games all day long because of its online community and social features…something the Wii never had, and by the looks of it won’t appear on the Wii U. The Nintendo 3DS is shaping up to be a powerful little machine with a fine ability to push polygons. In fact, Ubisoft Montreal- the developers of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3DS says that they were “able to run the Unreal engine on this console console, which is pretty impressive for a handheld machine, and the 3D doesn’t affect the performance.” However, Epic Games may have something to say about this revelation.
