Unlike lego star wars and indiana jones which follow their source materials, lego batman has an original storyline (3 to be exact). The games main story is that all of batmans enemies escape from arkham, each spliting up into teams of three, each lead by the riddler, the penguin, and the joker; each who have their own goals.
