Willie Wonka (Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory)

When you suddenly come to the realization that Wonka might have actually planned for the misfortunes the children received throughout the movie, he just becomes disturbing. On top of that, his sarcastic tone whenever his Oompa-loompas escort the victim out of the room is reminiscent of serial killer. This guy just comes off as more of an unsettling

Originally intended to be a mischievous and vain opposer, there's just something unsettling about David Bowie's character throughout the entire film. (What with Jareth taking a baby and endlessly stalking a teenager.)
