Heather is the original villain, and set a high bar for villains to come. She currently holds the record for causing the most eliminations. While she may not be as charming or manipulative as Alejandro, she set the groundwork for his manipulative strategies.

Chris is the face and host of Total Drama. While he started out relatively normal, he has become progressively crueler and more sadistic. He is the best villain because he controls the show and what happens to the contestants, so he wields power in a way the other villains of the show cannot top.
