Jason Derulo does an excellent job of singing along to Imogen Heap's vocals (sampled from her 2005 song "Hide and Seek"), and matches his autotuned vocals to hers pretty well to craft a catchy, if derivative, little number, according to Glenn Gamboa of the New York daily newspaper Newsday.

Kanye got the title of this song from a traditional gospel song called "Walk with Me", and samples the ARC Choir's recording of the song, which was arranged by choir director Curtis Lundy.
Besides the lyrics which gives this song it's title, the song also uses a drum break which includes James Brown's ("Yeah!") and Bobby Byrd's ("Woo!") voices .
