One of Naruto's fellow Konoha shinobi and a member of Team 10, Shikamaru gets a good deal of focus during the Hidan and Kakuzu arc, in which his teacher Asuma is killed and Shikamaru has to mature as a leader and a ninja following that event. It's even acknowledged in one of the anime's omake moments, where the characters say that part of the serie

One of Ash's original and subsequent on-and-off companions on his Pokemon journey, Brock is an accomplished Pokemon breeder who's also got the title of a Gym Leader under his belt. It would be interesting to see the kinds of adventures he's had apart from Ash and company; and let's be honest, we ALL want to know what exactly went down between him a

Genos is the self-appointed disciple of main character Saitama, wanting to learn all he can from the titular One Punch Man; but while Saitama has the ability to kill anything with a single punch, Genos has pretty much everything else: money, popularity, good looks, and plenty of tech. A series focusing on how he became a hero, and whether he has su

Introduced during 5DS' second season as an old friend of Yusei and Jack, Crow pretty much stole the spotlight from there, with his killer biker skills, his Blackwing deck, and the fact that, at least for a while, he was the only normal duelist to stand up to one of the Dark Signers; that he himself later turned out to be a Signer was kind of cheati

Officially the appointed teacher in charge of Class 3-E, in reality Karasuma is there as a handler to make sure the students get trained to kill Koro-sensei before the March 13 deadline. Karasuma himself is a skilled fighter and badass assassin in his own right, taking on the Reaper (Koro-sensei's successor) in hand-to-hand combat and defeating him

One of Luffy's rivals among the Supernovas, Law has a traumatic back-story that involves his role model getting murdered by Donquixote Doflamingo, and we don't know anything about his exploits as a pirate from the moment he started that career. He does get a lot of focus in the Punk Hazard and Dressrosa arcs, where his backstory gets fleshed out.

Lupin's perpetual right-hand man, Jigen is the world's number one crack-shot, but his skill with pistols is offset by his perpetual bad luck with love interests. Plus, if Fujiko, who he hates, can have her own spinoff show, why not Jigen too?

The priest of the holy order where Rosette is a nun, Remington's origin differs depending on whether you're looking at the anime or manga. In the anime, he's a fallen angel; in the manga, he gets infused with cells from Legion. Regardless, he gives Rosette and Chrono crucial advice when needed, he's possibly the strongest member of the Magdalene Or

Originally the Fifth Fist of the Ragnarok group, Sigfriend would eventually join the ranks of the Shinpaku Alliance as a loyal and determined ally. While he doesn't get a lot of opportunities to fight during the series, he does get plenty of chances to shine as an officially-recognized musical composer. It would be interesting to see what he gets u
