    1Avatar: The Last Airbender
It's not anime. It just looks like it.
This can't be on this list since it is anime.
The tone rarely matched the visuals. There was too much of a contrast between wacky humor and harsh drama. The tones rarely flowed into one another within an episode and the show suffered for it.

  • 25X-Men Evolution
X-Men: Evolution was beautifully crafted and feature the voices of celebrities and anime English dub voice actors.
X-Men Evolution is one of the best X-Men cartoons ever made.
A more fitting title would be "X-Men: DE-Evolution" since it takes the characters back to high school for no reason and keeps the scale a lot smaller than the other two X-Men cartoons.
