“Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival” (2023)
Only a year after debuting in 2022, this P-Pop girl group went international. They performed at the Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival in South Korea and captivated audiences. Not only did they have impressive energy, but they were also determined to leave a solid impression. The team started their set with “Shaba Shaba”, a refreshing track that’s equal parts cute and fierce, before moving on to the more mature sound of “Touchdown”. The bubblegum pop sweetness of “IDKY” came next, which was again contrasted by the bold confidence of “BB”. We love a group with range!
#9: “SSP (Saksak sa Puso)” (2024) by Vxon
“Billboard Philippines Studios” (2023-)
This boy group knows how to put on a show. In 2025, Vxon landed a spot in Billboard Philippines’ P-pop Rising Class. In celebration, they performed their hit song “SSP (Saksak sa Puso)” at “Billboard Philippines Studios”. Suffice it to say, they proved why they deserved to be on the list. From commendable vocals and rap to eye-catching choreography, Vxon delivered it all. Despite the limited space in the studio, their performance never fails to look neat. At no point do they forget their signature swagger, either. Clearly, the Vxon members are called the ‘Monsters of P-pop’ for good reason.
#8: “Walang Biruan” (2024) by Kaia
“Round Festival” (2024)
In the world of pop, there’s no dearth of artists taking on cute concepts. Yet, Kaia manages to stand out. Their performance of “Walang Biruan”, also known as “No Joking” at the 2024 Round Festival, gave fans a glimpse of their unique artistic sensibilities. The vocals are light and airy, the dance is playful, and the UK garage-meets-Jersey club beat gives the song its catchiness. Most importantly, the members look genuinely happy to be performing, which makes us want to dance along with them. Finally, we have to give extra points for the styling, because the girls look radiant!
#7: “Wala Ng Iba” (2024) by 1st.One
“Round Festival” (2025)
This is the kind of performance that can lift your spirits. In “Wala Ng Iba”, performed at the 2025 Round Festival, the 1st.One members turn on their boyish charms. The song is bright and pleasant, though not easy. So, the fact that they can make it sound so effortless live is a testament to their talent. The dance routine is youthful, bouncy, and does away with needlessly complicated steps. The members are very well-synchronized, and the synergy they create on stage makes their performance thoroughly enjoyable. As a bonus, their expressions will definitely give you butterflies.
#6: “Boomerang” (2023) by G22
“Show It All” (2024)
With this performance, the girl group lived up to their title of ‘P-Pop's Female Alphas’. The song “Boomerang” is well-known as a representation of G22’s boss babe energy. So, when they performed it on the Chinese reality program “Show It All”, they set the stage on fire. AJ, Alfea, and Jaz are visions in red, and each member has their own brand of charisma. Their voices complement each other beautifully, creating a smooth and balanced listening experience. We’re also treated to a dance break that’s worth replaying over and over again. What more could we ask for?
#5: “ILY ILY” (2022) by Alamat feat. Lyca Gairanod
“Wish 107.5 Bus” (2014-)
The name of this band translates to ‘legend’. Let this performance show you why. Aboard the Wish 107.5 Bus, Alamat and Lyca Gairanod give us a hauntingly beautiful reimagining of a Hiligaynon lullaby called “Ili-Ili, Tulog Anay”. It aligns perfectly with the group’s mission of sharing the vibrancy of Filipino culture with the world. Their version of the folk song, “ILY ILY”, is rap-heavy and has clear rock and R&B influences. However, it also retains the intimate, cinematic quality of the original. Lyca’s vocals are powerful one moment, delicate the next, and the Alamat members harmonize with her seamlessly. It is truly a magical collaboration.
#4: “Amakabogera” (2021) by Maymay Entrata
“Wish 107.5 Bus” (2014-)
This young soloist is talented, gorgeous, and has a fantastic personality, which helped her win “Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7”. In this performance, we see all three. It’s a stunning display of her extraordinary vocal prowess, her ‘clean girl’ aesthetic is easy on the eyes, and her focus is admirable. Maymay locks in while singing “Amakabogera” on the Wish 107.5 Bus, bringing out the intricate beauty of the song. Her control is impressive, especially when she pulls off melismatic vocal runs, but prevents the ornamentation from veering into flashy territory. The star knows what she’s doing, and we love every second of it.
#3: “Infinity” (2025) by Bini
Live on Bini’s YouTube Channel
This might be one of their strongest vocal performances yet. “Infinity” is an ode to the unbreakable connection the members share. This live rendition, sung for a select group of fans ahead of the release of their album “Flames”, is raw in emotion, sincere in expression, and authentic in identity. They’re not just singing the lyrics, but feeling it in their bones. In terms of technique, their vocals are virtually flawless, and they create soaring harmonies that will give you goosebumps. Their fans, a.k.a. Blooms, who were able to witness this live, were seriously lucky.
#2: Various by Sarah Geronimo
“Billboard Philippines: Mainstage — the Year One Anniversary” (2024)
In celebration of their first anniversary, Billboard Philippines brought together some of the greatest talents in the Filipino music industry for a concert. One of the most highly-anticipated artists that night was Sarah Geronimo. The queen delivered a high-octane performance, her setlist including the hits “Kilometro”, “Dati-Dati”, “Alam”, and “Tala”. If you know anything about these songs, you know they’re all exceptionally demanding tracks. Yet, Sarah performs like she’s not even breaking a sweat. From vocal moments that will blow your mind to dance breaks that give us life, the entire act is par excellence.
#1: Various by SB19 & Ozone
“Hito Music Awards” (2025)
The Kings of P-Pop have delivered countless hits over the years, and the quality of their performances is now incomparable. Their set for the 2025 Hito Music Awards, which included their songs “Dam”, “Dungka!”, and “Gento”, was a cut above the rest. From the moment they appeared on stage, they exuded raw power. Every single member was at their best from the beginning to the end. They never let the energy dip or their notes waver, not even when they were executing the most challenging choreography. In the second half, they shared the stage with Taiwanese boy band Ozone for a performance of their song “World Top”, doing their steps with ease. Ozone, in turn, joined them during “Gento”. This was peak P-Pop, gone global.
