Surfacing while Batman and Robin were on vacation, this vigilante used his spectacular trick shots to stop burglaries, while clad in a tuxedoed costume. Aiming to become the successor to Batman, he was soon revealed by the caped crusader to not only desire to become Gotham's next hero, but become its sole crime lord as well.
