The first fringe festival was established in Endinburgh, Scotland and has since been traveling around the globe. The entertainment found at a fringe festival is usually not the same thing you will find in mainstream media. All performers are welcome to apply regardless of their professional or amateur status and a fringe show can feature dance, comedy, music and more!
