Formed in Georgia in the early 1990s, Collective Soul is one of that decade's iconic rock bands. Despite the band’s early success, they were barely seeing enough funds to cover touring expenses. A lengthy legal battle, during which the band was unsure whether they even had the rights to their own name, resulted in canceled concert dates. Fortunately, the band stayed together and through this time wrote some of the most powerful music of their career.
