Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch: History Founded in 1886 by William Grant himself, the Glenfiddich distillery is found in Dufftown, Scotland. Today, it produces some of the world’s finest whisky, and remains owned by the Grant Family. Meaning Valley of the Deer in Gaelic, Glenfiddich is synonymous with quality as well as a number of rare vintages, including 30 and 50 year-old bottles.
