Supervillain Origins: Loki

The son of a Frost Giant, Loki was adopted as an infant by the god Odin, and raised as his own due to his unusually ordinary stature. Growing up, he quickly developed into a mischievous child, filled with jealousy over the affection shown to his older brother Thor. Because Loki was physically inferior, he chose to study magic and science. Eventually becoming one of the strongest sorcerers in the Asgard realm, he used his powers to pursue the goal of becoming the mightiest god alive, and to cause the death of Thor. Eventually, Loki’s schemes reached all the way to Earth, prompting superheroes to gather as The Avengers in defense of the planet. Join as we take an in-depth look at the origins of Loki.
