Video Game Classics: Zelda II The Adventure of Link

Released in 1987 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, this is one of several Nintendo sequels that was a drastic departure from its predecessor, and delivered a combination of several elements to create an action-RPG experience unlike any other before it. Similarly set in the world of Hyrule, the story picked up several years following Link's defeat of the evil wizard Ganon, when he discovers a slumbering princess that has only been mentioned in legend, and he must quest to awaken her from the spell that has kept her asleep for centuries.
