Are Actors Gary Busey and Nick Nolte The Same Person?

Nick Nolte:

A pissed off, down and out leather-face of a man most notably thought of as the white cop in ‘48 hours’, if you’re old enough to instantly recall the 80s.

Gary Busy:

A pissed off, down and out leather-face of a man most notably known as the bizarre bad guy from ‘Under Siege’ in the early 90s.

Could these two pissed off, down and out leather-faced men actually be one and the same? Welcome to WatchMojo.com, and today we’ll be taking a look at the Internet’s most outrageous conspiracy theory.

In case you aren’t instantly familiar with the more mainstream celebrity Nick Nolte, lets take a moment to refresh your memory.

He is an Oscar nominated actor, born in 1941, who has starred in such classics as the critically acclaimed film “Prince of Tides”, before being named ‘The Sexiest Man Alive’ in 1992.

Since then, he has spent his career appearing in smaller roles and cameos.

Despite his diminishing screen presence, Nolte has remained in the public spotlight due to his run-ins with the law, which began in 2002, when he was arrested for drunk driving.

Strangely, tests showed that he was under the influence of Roofies, and claimed to be addicted to its mind-altering effects. Go ahead and raise an eyebrow, because his outrageous police photo speaks volumes about as well.

But the real mystery is revealed when we put him under the microscope next to actor Garey Busey.

Born three years after Nolte in 1944, Busey has tried to distinguish himself by taking on very different acting roles, all within a career that had also began in the 70s.

Meanwhile, but he has also been in high profile trouble with in the law due to alcohol addiction, and acts of spousal abuse, which has spawned him the all too appropriate handle “Garey Abusey.”

Could this be the same man, an actor with a second even more outrageous and outspoken identity?

Once nearly indistinguishable in film from one another, the two men have always been differentiated by one key element: Busey’s horse-sized teeth. Constantly revealed by awkward smiles and intense yelling fits, his absurdly large set of whites may be nothing more then a prosthetic meant to lead us off the trail.

Can this all be a twisted game of trickery by an unknown actor?

This question alone has fueled online conspiracy theories for years, as moviegoers around the globe have pondered why we have never seen the two men on screen together even once.

[Photoshop] Despite ‘evidence’ that the two men exist, the jokes and rumors continue to persist in online games and fan pages that let you to guess which identity appears in various movie stills.

If it were up to us, we’d vote “Other.” Who is this man, and why has he spent the last few decades living these multiple Hollywood personalities?
