Interview With KoRn on Their New Album For their ninth studio album, nu metal pioneers Korn decided to return to their roots. By bringing back producer Ross Robinson, who had produced the band’s first two records, they were able to tap into what made them great in the first place. Without the use of editing or Pro Tools, the band recorded as a simple four-piece – without the multi-layers of their previous few albums.
