Stevie Wonder Discusses His Youth
Signing to Motown records at the age of 11, Stevie Wonder is a multi-talented performer, vocalist, songwriter, producer and instrumentalist. In his career, he has amassed the most Grammy awards presented to a solo male artist. He has also overcome significant hurdles to triumph in his profession: Wonder was blind almost from birth, and had to rise above racism in his early years as a performer. In this video, WatchMojo.com catches up with Stevie Wonder at the Montreal International Jazz Festival to learn more about his youth in the music industry, and he discusses how the world has changed since he was a young black performer.
