Hailing from Warrnambool, a small town in Australia, Airbourne was formed in 2003. Their hometown was more likely to spawn punk or pop bands, so Airbourne was a stand-out from the start. Since their inception, comparisons to fellow Aussie rockers AC/DC have abounded – which, to the guys, is the greatest compliment. And touring with bands like Mötley Crüe and The Rolling Stones hasn't hurt them either.
